I'm a big racing and fighting fanatic, so...

Street Fighter 4 (2D fighting in a 3D environment with some of the best characters)
Soul Calibur 4 (Simply the best weapon-based FG to date)
Mortal Kombat Armageddon (I don't consider that "vs DC" one a real Mortal Kombat game, and this one is the next-gen Trilogy)
Marvel Ultimate Alliance: Gold Edition (The most expansive lineup including Hulk and Magneto)
Crackdown (It's Grand Theft Auto without the boring crap)
Need for Speed: Carbon (The only NFS since Underground that I actually had fun with)
Dead Space (Brought horror to sci-fi games, basically Aliens meets Event Horizon meets Resident Evil)
Tony Hawk's American Wasteland (The peak of the genre in my opinion)
Timesplitters: Future Perfect (Only on the list because they never released TS4, and it has a custom stage editor)
Moto GP (After the first one, they screwed up the controls)

I'd have to say..Legend of Dragoon. I don't know if any of you know of it.
It's an old playstation game, and the graphic's aren't so appealing. The plot on the other-hand is quite interesting. You really get hooked on it.
